Quiet and big size hotel units with a bath, very comfortable bed, as for instance. Fantastic and magnificent location right at Auckland Council.

booked double room with a storage and a carpet. the bed was comfortable and there was free wi-fi. the staff was genuinely helpful, my every need was addressed.

Location: the hotel was near to the airport, and the pub.

Disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

The rooms were spotless in general, with very comfortable bed. I could use a kettle and a storage.

It had very central location close to Skytower. Outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice staff, answered all questions.

Some people working there were a little rude.

The welcoming Staff, location excellent and in close proximity for all my needs - shopping, dining, Sky Tower Have stayed at the Albion a few times now and have always felt the welcoming, homely atmosphere and ambience of a good old fashioned pub hotel. Love it!!! Planning to return within the next few months for another weekend escape in Auckland.

The staff were excellent, and they were really helpful with getting three large suitcases up to our room. Although there was a bar down in the lobby it never got that loud where it would bother us at night.

The shower may have been a little cleaner, but it was bearable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, just across the road from the Sky Tower and right across the road from the bus station. It is also close to the city center. The room was a good size and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The bar food is tasty, especially the steak sandwich.

One of the beds in the room was propped up with books, which made it uncomfortable if you lay on it.

We where first put in a dirty room that hadn't been serviced.the staff were good and changed us quickly.It's an older style place and was a bit noisy for someone that is used to living in the countryside (no double glazing!).Someone started a bloody vacuum at 7.50am right outside our door, that was a big problem for me!

Sky tower immediately across the road for the avid gambler. Bar open 24/7 for the avid boozer. All in all a fantastic place to crash for a day or two of binging and debauchery......

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was right next to the skytower and close to all amenities. The bus station was conveniently located across the road, making it easy for us to arrange everything. The room was clean and had a homely feel to it. The bathroom, although a bit dated, was hygienic and well-maintained. The friendly staff made sure our room was always made up and stocked with free Wi-Fi. Plus, the easy check-in and check-out process was hassle-free.

Some areas of the hotel appeared tired and in need of modernization.

It was cheap, huge and with very comfortable bed. Great location close to a sports bar, Queen Street and the Auckland Art Gallery, I felt safe.

It has a great bar and great staff. The hotel has fairly quiet and tidy rooms complete with very comfortable bed as well as a bath. The location is in a marvellous and absolutely perfect spot handy to most things right across the road from the bus station. Overall exceptional food, plus there is The Tuning Fork close by.
